Nonstop production with closed slider system

The HKU 2000-N nonstop is equipped with a chopper for the extraction of paper cuts-offs and endless strips. All machines are compact and mobile extraction and filter devices, which operate entirely in negative pressure. The dust-laden air is cleaned in the filter unit, then returned to the production room; dust and paper cuts-offs fall into the large volume container below the suction unit. In order to avoid compromising the operating process of the production machines, they are equipped with a closed slider system, which allows the full material container to be emptied during operation.
