Manufacturing aluminium lids, coffee capsules

The customer-specific suction system for production waste when manufacturing aluminum lids, coffee capsules and various containers for the food industry impresses with its flexibility and expandability. The production waste is the input for our system, whereby at the same time the production process of the Rychiger, Optima or Syntegon machines is positively supported. The suction system collects the waste online at the point of origin, chopps it and transports it via a closed pipeline system to the disposal center and delivers stackable, compact bales.
