Important announcement: Hunkeler Systeme AG remains independent

We would like to inform you about a recent development that you may have already heard about in the media. According to a press release dated on the 6th of December 2023, our former parent company Hunkeler AG has been aquired by Muller Martini.

It is important for us to state that Hunkeler Systeme AG has been an independent company since 2005, with 100% of its shares owned by the management of Hunkeler Systeme AG. The aquisition of Hunkeler AG by Muller Martini does not affect Hunkeler Systeme AG and our company remains independent and autonomous.
