Slow-running one shaft shredder

The slow-running single shaft shredder is for the rough and medium shredding of rubbish, scrap and old wood. Low runing costs, maximum performance and clever technology make this new shredder a real innovation. The modern drive concept ‘Eco Drive’ guarantees up to 50% lower energy consumption in comparison to conventional electro-hydraulic drives. Use of modern synchronised motors means that a maximum degree of efficiency can be ahieved, making the Eco Drive one of the most energy efficient drives on the market today. In response to customer demand, the new CR series can be equipped with a ‘ripper or cutter system’. In combination with the patented XR sieve screens or with various perforated filters, grain sizes of between 400mm to 30mm are possible. Throughput performance, depending on material characteristics and sieve size, lies between 10t/hr and 70t/hr.
