The reliable and robust LRK700, LRK1000 and LRK1400 plastic shredders are used in the plastics processing industry and in recycling companies for regranulation, in-house recycling and volume reduction. Like all our shredders, the LRK plastic shredders can also be operated as a stand-alone solution or integrated into complex systems. Our slow-running single-shaft shredders can handle even the most difficult materials. The shredders in the XR class are available to you as powerful pre-shredders for the recycling of bulky materials as well as for the single-stage processing of substitute fuels. The XR shredder can be adapted precisely to your technical requirements thanks to the large selection of different perforated screens and cutting tools.

XR shredders are particularly efficient and economical thanks to their single-stage processing. Minimal operating costs with maximum performance are the special advantages that this shredder type fulfills to a high degree. With the energy-saving drive with water-cooled synchronous drives, you can save up to 75 % on energy costs with higher performance compared to conventional diesel-hydraulic shredders. The wear-free direct drive of our shredder also reduces maintenance costs, as no belt or shaft stub is required. The load-dependent speed control ensures the machine’s high throughput capacity during shredding.

The robust and durable machine construction of the ZR shredder is designed for multi-shift continuous operation. A quick-change table system and simple design guarantee high system availability. Its powerful, slow-running and tearing cutting system is extremely resistant to disruptive material and ensures perfect material preparation for sorting systems. This machine class is therefore perfectly configured for volume reduction or the production of substitute fuels. ZR shredders are available with two different cutting systems for different materials.

Horizontal shredders from the HL series are particularly suitable for shredding large cardboard packaging such as sheet material. Even unpleasant and bulky roll cores from paper or cardboard rolls can be shredded by the robust cutting unit of the HL shredders and optimally prepared for further transportation with suction or conveyor belt systems.
