The shredders in the RS class are characterized in particular by their high availability and process reliability, they also have a practical design and are uniquely productive. A particular advantage of the 4-shaft shredders is the high quality of the output material, which is achieved due to the good material disintegration in the shredding process. The XR shredder can be adapted precisely to your technical requirements thanks to the large selection of different perforated screens and cutting tools.
XR shredders are particularly efficient and economical thanks to their single-stage processing. Minimal operating costs with maximum performance are the special advantages that this shredder type fulfills to a high degree. With the energy-saving drive with water-cooled synchronous drives, you can save up to 75 % on energy costs with higher performance compared to conventional diesel-hydraulic shredders. The wear-free direct drive of our shredder also reduces maintenance costs, as no belt or shaft stub is required. The load-dependent speed control ensures the machine’s high throughput capacity during shredding.
