We started the year 2020 confi dently and optimistically. Then Corona arrived. The new virus meant that we were faced with huge, unexpected challenges. In situations like this, it is necessary to look to the future and take advantage of whatever opportunities present themselves. We have succeeded in being there for our global partners and customers. When we could not physically be present, our remote network meant that we were able to offer swift support when needed.
